תנאי שימוש
1. השירות
wave הוא תוסף ניסיוני וחינמי, המופעל באופן אישי על ידי Yan Far, ומוצע בשלב פיילוט למוזמנים בלבד. הוא מציג ליד מודעות ביד2 המלצות חיוביות ואנונימיות של משתמשים אחרים. wave אינו קשור ליד2. השירות עשוי להשתנות, להיות מושהה או להיסגר בכל עת.
2. מי יכול להשתמש
בני 18 ומעלה. כניסה עם חשבון Google אפשרית רק לכתובות שהוזמנו לפיילוט.
3. התשובות שלך
- ענה רק על דירות שבאמת ביקרת בהן או גרת בהן, ובתום לב.
- ההמלצות הן משפטים חיוביים קבועים מתוך רשימה; אין אפשרות לכתוב טקסט חופשי או ביקורת שלילית.
- אתה מעניק למפעיל רשות להציג את תשובותיך באופן מצרפי ואנונימי למשתמשים אחרים, למשך הפיילוט.
- המפעיל רשאי לא לפרסם, להסתיר או למחוק כל תשובה, ובמיוחד בעקבות דיווחים או פנייה של בעל הנכס.
4. אסור
תשובות כוזבות או מתואמות, יצירת מספר חשבונות, ניסיון לזהות מי כתב המלצה, שימוש אוטומטי בשירות או עקיפת המגבלות שלו. המפעיל רשאי לחסום חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.
5. אין אחריות
ההמלצות הן דעות של משתמשים, והשיוך בין מודעה לדירה נעשה אוטומטית ועלול לטעות. אין להסתמך עליהן בלבד בהחלטה על שכירות. השירות ניתן כמות שהוא (AS IS), ובמידה המרבית המותרת בדין המפעיל אינו אחראי לנזק הנובע מהשימוש בו.

7. הפסקת שימוש
אפשר להסיר את התוסף ולמחוק את החשבון בכל עת. מחיקת החשבון מוחקת גם את ההמלצות שפרסמת.
8. דין וסמכות
על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו.

Terms of use
1. The service
wave is an experimental, free extension operated personally by Yan Far, offered as an invite-only pilot. It shows anonymous, positive recommendations from other users next to Yad2 ads. wave is not affiliated with Yad2. The service may change, pause or close at any time.
2. Who can use it
Ages 18 and over. Google sign-in works only for e-mails invited to the pilot.
3. Your answers
- Answer only about apartments you actually visited or lived in, in good faith.
- Recommendations are fixed positive statements from a list; free text and negative reviews are not possible.
- You permit the operator to show your answers to other users in aggregated, anonymous form for the duration of the pilot.
- The operator may decline to publish, hide or delete any answer, in particular after reports or a property owner's request.
4. Not allowed
False or coordinated answers, multiple accounts, trying to identify who wrote a recommendation, automated use, or circumventing the service's limits. The operator may block accounts that break these terms.
5. No warranty
Recommendations are users' opinions, and linking an ad to an apartment is automatic and can be wrong. Do not rely on them alone for a rental decision. The service is provided AS IS and, to the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from its use.
6. Privacy
See the privacy policy.
7. Stopping
You can uninstall the extension and delete your account at any time. Deleting the account also deletes the recommendations you published.
8. Law and jurisdiction
Israeli law applies; the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
