מי אנחנו
wave הוא תוסף לדפדפן Chrome המציג, ליד מודעות השכרה ביד2, המלצות חיוביות ואנונימיות של אנשים שביקרו בדירה או גרו בה. הפיילוט מופעל באופן אישי על ידי Yan Far ("המפעיל"), שהוא בעל השליטה במאגר המידע. פנייה בכל עניין פרטיות: wave@jpodcast.cc.
איזה מידע נאסף ולמה
- חשבון: מזהה חשבון Google (לא כתובת המייל, לא שם ולא תמונה). כתובת המייל נבדקת פעם אחת בכל כניסה מול רשימת המוזמנים לפיילוט, שנשמרת רק כגיבוב (hash) מוצפן-מפתח, והמייל עצמו לא נשמר.
- פעילות חיפוש (רק כשמחוברים): גיבוב של מזהי המודעות ביד2 שצפית בהן, הימים שבהם חיפשת, ולחיצות על כפתורי יצירת קשר במודעה. המטרה: לוודא שמי שממליץ הוא מחפש דירה אמיתי. נשמר 30 יום מתגלגלים. לא נשמרים כתובות URL, סינונים, מחירים או גלישה מחוץ ליד2.
- תשובות שלך: כשאתה עונה "ביקרתי בדירה" או "אני גר בדירה" — כתובת הדירה שמסרת, חודש תחילת השכירות, מספר הדיירים, והמשפטים החיוביים שבחרת מתוך רשימה קבועה (אין טקסט חופשי). תשובה שלא אומתה תוך 30 יום נמחקת.
- דיווחים: דיווח "זה לא נכון" על המלצה, עם סיבה מתוך רשימה קבועה — לצורך בקרה והסתרת המלצות שגויות.
- נתוני מודעות: מזהה המודעה ופרטי הכתובת שמופיעים במודעה הפומבית עצמה, כדי לשייך מודעה לבניין או לדירה.
- טלמטריה אנונימית: פעם ביום התוסף שולח מונים בלבד (כמה דפי חיפוש ומודעות נצפו, כמה תזכורות נענו) עם גרסת התוסף — ללא חשבון, ללא מזהי מודעות וללא כתובת IP שנשמרת. המטרה: לזהות שיד2 שינתה את מבנה הדפים, ולמדוד את הפיילוט.
- יומני שרת: רשומות טכניות לאבחון תקלות. משתמשים מופיעים בהן רק בכינוי פסבדונימי; לא נרשמים כתובות, מיילים, כתובות IP או תוכן בקשות.
האם חובה למסור מידע
אין חובה חוקית למסור מידע; המסירה מרצונך. קריאת המלצות אפשרית גם בלי כניסה. ללא כניסה עם Google לא ניתן לתרום תשובות או לדווח, וללא כתובת הדירה לא ניתן לשייך המלצה לדירה. בכניסה לשירות את/ה מסמן/ת הסכמה לתנאי השימוש ולמדיניות זו, כולל שמירת פעילות החיפוש (כגיבוב) למשך 30 יום.
מה נשמר בדפדפן שלך
הגדרות (שפה, ביטול תזכורות), אסימון הכניסה שלנו (30 יום), תזכורות "ביקרת בדירה?" למודעות שבהן לחצת על יצירת קשר (עד 30 יום), מונה צפייה יומי למשתמשים לא מחוברים, תשובות שממתינות לשליחה כשהשרת לא זמין, ומונים יומיים לפני שליחה. הכל נמחק בהסרת התוסף.
מי רואה את המידע
- משתמשים אחרים רואים רק המלצות מצרפיות ואנונימיות לדירה או לבניין — לעולם לא מי כתב אותן.
- המפעיל רואה את מסד הנתונים דרך דפי ניהול מוגנים, לצורך אימות, ניהול דיווחים וטיפול בתקלות.
- ספקי שירות: Cloudflare (אחסון השרת, מסד הנתונים באזור השיפוט של האיחוד האירופי, יומנים, גיבויים ומיילי התראה), Google (כניסה בלבד), GitHub (הרצת הגיבוי השבועי), Chrome Web Store (הפצה). המידע לא נמכר ולא משמש לפרסום.
העברת מידע לחו"ל
המידע מאוחסן באיחוד האירופי, ומעובד גם על ידי ספקים אמריקאיים (Cloudflare, Google, GitHub) שהתחייבו בתנאי השירות שלהם בכתב להגן עליו. בכניסה לשירות את/ה מסכים/ה להעברה זו.

בסיום הפיילוט נמחקים מסד הנתונים, היומנים והגיבויים.
הזכויות שלך
- מחיקת חשבון: בהגדרות התוסף ("מחיקת החשבון שלי"). מחיקה מוחקת מיד את החשבון, הפעילות, כל התשובות (כולל המלצות שפורסמו) והדיווחים. ביומנים ובגיבויים נשארים עקבות עד 90 יום, ללא אפשרות לקשר אותם אליך. אפשר גם לבקש מחיקה במייל.
- עיון ותיקון: זכותך לעיין במידע עליך (סעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות) ולבקש לתקנו או למחקו אם אינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן (סעיף 14). הפנייה במייל, ללא תשלום; נענה תוך 30 יום.
- בעלי דירות: בעל דירה שמתנגד להמלצות על הנכס שלו יכול לפנות דרך דף יצירת הקשר. החלטה תוך 7 ימים.
אבטחה
תקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS) בלבד, מזהי מודעות לכל משתמש נשמרים כגיבוב עם מפתח סודי, הגישה לדפי הניהול מוגנת בהזדהות נוספת, והכל מוגבל לנדרש לפיילוט.
שינויים
על שינוי מהותי במדיניות נודיע בתוסף לפני כניסתו לתוקף. שינוי במטרות השימוש במידע יחייב את הסכמתך מחדש.
Privacy policy
Who we are
wave is a Chrome extension that shows anonymous, positive recommendations from people who visited or lived in an apartment next to Yad2 rental ads. The pilot is operated personally by Yan Far (the "operator"), who controls the database (בעל השליטה במאגר). Privacy contact: wave@jpodcast.cc.
What we collect and why
- Account: your Google account id (not your e-mail, name or photo). Your e-mail is checked once per sign-in against the pilot invite list, which is stored only as a keyed hash; the e-mail itself is not stored.
- Search activity (signed in only): a keyed hash of the Yad2 ad ids you viewed, the days you searched, and clicks on an ad's contact buttons — to verify that recommenders are real apartment seekers. Kept for a rolling 30 days. No URLs, filters, prices or browsing outside Yad2.
- Your answers: when you answer "I visited" or "I live here" — the apartment address you entered, your tenancy start month, the number of tenants, and the positive statements you chose from a fixed list (no free text). An answer not verified within 30 days is deleted.
- Reports: a "this is wrong" report with a reason from a fixed list — for moderation and hiding wrong recommendations.
- Ad data: the ad id and the address details shown in the public ad itself, to link an ad to a building or apartment.
- Anonymous telemetry: once a day the extension sends counters only (search/ad pages seen, reminders answered) and its version — no account, no ad ids, no IP address stored — to detect Yad2 page changes and measure the pilot.
- Server logs: technical records for diagnosing faults. Users appear only as a pseudonymous alias; no addresses, e-mails, IP addresses or request contents are logged.
Is providing data mandatory?
There is no legal duty to provide any data; providing it is voluntary. You can read recommendations without signing in. Without Google sign-in you cannot contribute answers or report, and without the apartment address a recommendation cannot be linked to an apartment. When you sign in you tick your consent to the terms of use and this policy, including keeping your search activity (hashed) for 30 days.
Stored in your browser
Settings (language, reminders off), our sign-in token (30 days), "did you visit?" reminders for ads where you clicked contact (up to 30 days), a daily view counter when signed out, answers waiting to be sent while the server is unavailable, and daily counters before sending. All removed when you uninstall the extension.
Who sees it
- Other users see only aggregated, anonymous recommendations per apartment or building — never who wrote them.
- The operator sees the database through protected admin pages, to verify answers, handle reports and fix faults.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database in the EU jurisdiction, logs, backups, alert e-mails), Google (sign-in only), GitHub (runs the weekly backup), Chrome Web Store (distribution). Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Transfer abroad
Data is stored in the European Union and is also processed by US providers (Cloudflare, Google, GitHub), which have undertaken in writing, in their service terms, to protect it. By signing in you consent to this transfer.

When the pilot ends, the database, logs and backups are deleted.
Your rights
- Delete your account: in the extension settings ("Delete my account"). It immediately deletes the account, activity, all your answers (including published recommendations) and reports. Traces remain in logs and backups for up to 90 days and cannot be linked to you. You can also request deletion by e-mail.
- Access and correction: you have the right to see the data held about you (section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law) and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted if it is not correct, complete, clear or up to date (section 14). Requests by e-mail, free of charge; we reply within 30 days.
- Landlords: a landlord who objects to recommendations about their property can use the contact page. Decision within 7 days.
Security
HTTPS only; per-user ad ids are stored as keyed hashes; admin pages require an additional sign-in; collection is limited to what the pilot needs.
Changes
We will announce material changes in the extension before they take effect. A change in the purposes for which data is used will require your consent again.
